Located in the heart of Metro Los Angeles, the Kheir Family Medicine Residency Program (FMRP) offers a comprehensive, community-centered training experience that prepares resident physicians for a lasting and impactful career in family medicine.

With one-on-one faculty mentorship embedded throughout training, Kheir cultivates a collaborative environment that supports resident growth, professional development, and clinical excellence.

Our curriculum integrates structured learning with hands-on experience, preparing residents to deliver care that respects and responds to each patient’s cultural and linguistic background, and meets the needs of the community they serve.

Kheir offers residents an immersive clinical experience in one of the nation’s most vibrant neighborhoods, providing meaningful opportunities to build trust with diverse patient populations and contribute to improved health outcomes.

The Kheir FMRP is grounded in immersive, hands-on learning, and a strong commitment to serving underserved communities. During the three year program, the residents build clinical expertise, cultural competence, and leadership skills essential for thriving as compassionate, lifelong family physicians.
