COVID-19 VACCINE

Thank you for your interest in Kheir’s COVID-19 Vaccination Program. We recognize your concerns and sense of urgency to be vaccinated as soon as possible!

Kheir Clinic currently offers the Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines for individuals ages 5 and above. You do NOT have to be a current patient of Kheir to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at our clinic. All vaccine appointment registrations must be completed online using MyTurn.CA.gov (https://myturn.ca.gov/). Appointments are required.

COVID-19 vaccines are provided on the 2nd Floor of Kheir’s 6th Street Clinic at 3727 W. 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90020. Please bring a photo ID to your appointment, and wear a mask. If you’re receiving your 2nd dose or a booster, please bring your vaccine card.

Please continue to follow COVID safety protocols following your vaccination as outlined by the CDC. For more information on the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, please visit the CDC website at www.cdc.gov.

Need Registration Assistance?

For seniors or those needing technical assistance, your best solution for vaccine registration is your immediate family members. Kheir Patients who require assistance with vaccine registration may inquire in person at our Patient Resources Department (#230) or text (213) 632-5521.

Vaccine appointments for ELIGIBLE individuals are also available via the LA County Department of Public Health at www.vaccinatelacounty.com.

If you do not have a Medical Home, are currently uninsured, or considering a new medical practice, Kheir Clinic would be honored to be your primary care provider. Please text us as 213-632-5521 to learn how you can become a patient of Kheir Clinic.
